On our site, commenting on a quiz causes a page not found error after submit, although comments are successfully left.

The comment form currently appears beneath each quesition.

I can reproduce this easily. After the D6 upgrade I will look into it more carefully. If you find the reason and submit a patch, I might be able to accelerate that.

This is now fixed, and will be part of the Quiz 6.x-2.0 RC1 release.
